These terms apply to your use of the Uryah Hotel Lombok website and to services provided at the hotel, including accommodation, the Amalurra bar and restaurant, and spa treatments.

Website content

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date. Descriptions, photography, menus and treatment lists are provided for guidance; prices and availability may change and are confirmed at the time of booking or ordering.

Photography and written content on this website belong to Uryah Hotel Lombok and may not be reused without permission.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our booking system. The conditions of the rate you select, including payment and cancellation terms, form part of your agreement with the hotel.

Guest conduct and liability

Guests are asked to use the pool, gardens, restaurant and spa responsibly and to follow the hotel team's guidance. The hotel is not liable for personal belongings left unattended in public areas.

Spa treatments are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical advice. Please tell your therapist about health conditions, injuries or pregnancy before a treatment.

Restaurant and spa charges

Restaurant prices exclude a 5% service charge and 10.5% government tax. Spa prices are as listed and are confirmed when booking a treatment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
