When you browse this website, limited technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited may be processed to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm and manage your reservation, to communicate with you before, during and after your stay, to provide restaurant and spa services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary: with our booking and payment providers to process your reservation, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable measures to protect it against loss or unauthorised access.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses. Message the hotel on WhatsApp at +62 812-3519-0149 and we will respond.

Cookies and measurement

Necessary cookies are always used so that pages, forms and booking links work. They do not require your consent.

With your consent we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure how pages are used, which may set analytics cookies and share pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. If the hotel ever runs advertising, advertising cookies and ad measurement are used only with your separate consent. The Google Map on our pages (Google Ireland Limited) loads only with that same consent or when you click Show Google Map; once loaded, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies. Before you choose, Google Analytics may receive cookieless consent signals (Consent Mode), but no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
