Everything to know before you come
We offer a pick-up service with a private car from several locations for an extra charge, which can be paid upon arrival. Below are the most popular pick-up prices and approximate travel times:
- Pick-up from Lombok International Airport: IDR 300,000 (approx. 1 hour)
- Pick-up from Bangsal Port: IDR 700,000 (approx. 2 to 2.5 hours)
- Pick-up from Kuta Lombok: IDR 250,000 (approx. 40 minutes)
For any other location, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a pick-up for you.
Most of our guests prefer to explore the island at their own pace by scooter, enjoying the freedom and beauty of the surroundings.
For a more comfortable and seamless experience, we also offer private transfer services upon request.
In addition, we provide exclusive in-house scooter rentals for your convenience.
