Making a reservation

Reservations for Uryah Hotel Lombok are made through our secure direct booking system. Rates, availability and the conditions attached to each rate are shown before you confirm.

Booking directly with the hotel gives you the best available rate and direct contact with our team for arrival details, transfers and local recommendations.

Rates and payment

Room rates are quoted per room, per night, for the number of guests selected at the time of booking. Payment terms, deposits and accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process.

Restaurant and spa charges during your stay are separate from your room rate. Restaurant prices exclude a 5% service charge and 10.5% government tax.

Cancellation and modification

Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate selected and are shown with your booking confirmation. Please review them before confirming your reservation.

To change or cancel a confirmed stay, contact the hotel directly on WhatsApp so we can assist you quickly.

Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your reservation. If you expect to arrive late or very early, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The team can help arrange local taxis and transfers on request.

During your stay

All guests may use the swimming pool. Amalurra, the hotel bar and restaurant, serves daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Spa treatments are generally available from around 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

We ask guests to respect the calm atmosphere of the hotel, especially in the evening and around the bungalows and gardens.
